One of the biggest challenges when you start a new project and specially if it is a big one is to define properly the conditions, scope and goals expected from your stakeholders. Sometimes goals seem to be evident for the people involved, but it is important to gain consent and agree upon the expectations towards the work that you and your team need to do. After several attempts to start a project in a better way, we came out with a workshop format that helped us do a better briefing and gain consent.
