Briefing & challenge
Banking content marketers use specialized CMS tools to publish offers and product content. Due to strict security constraints, content management after login is usually not possible.
To support marketing teams in creating secure post-login offers, Crealogix developed a lightweight CMS within its banking ecosystem. My task as UX Designer was to improve the product’s usability and scalability so it could become part of the company’s main product offering.
The Solution
I designed an inline and block-based editor that allows marketing teams to easily create and publish content across multiple channels. The solution supports targeted offers for specific user segments while ensuring a seamless and secure publishing experience within the banking environment.

Learnings
I learned the principles of designing editor tools and how to create intuitive interactions for inline editing using drag and drop and pointer events. Through this project, I also deepened my understanding of responsive design — especially from an editor’s perspective — by defining how editing and previews adapt across devices. As the product focus evolved, I drew on insights from a service design course to better visualize and communicate the value proposition, helping the team align around a shared direction.
